This book is now back in print and I have copies.  In addition I will reapproach Amazon and see if we can reach an agreement in reference to shipping issues.  My publisher unfortunately had miscommunicated with them previously.  Hopefully we can move forward from this point.  I leave/give free copies to doctors offices and treatment centers, so contact me in reference to this.  But they do cost me a bit to order and print, so I keep the cost low at $10 a copy online...and the occasional Ebay auction.

That's so Funny I Forgot to Laugh is generally available through private purchase as the subject material is more graphic and intense.  Intended for the metastatic patient.  Though very helpful to those with more chronic illnesses as well.  And hopefully you will note the title is a nod to Gilda.
